Shipping Policy

At Skin Thrive, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Please read the following information to understand how we handle orders, delivery, and shipping within the UK.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Orders placed before 1pm are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95 for orders under £50. Delivery within 2–4 business days.

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available on all orders over £50.

  • All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather or courier delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

  • If you do not receive your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or addresses outside the United Kingdom.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

  • We will investigate with our courier partners and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items unless they are faulty.

  • For unopened, unused items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
