Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any postage costs incurred.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
